Surgaflex™ is a fully synthetic, ultrathin film matrix composed of polyvinyl alcohol with a surface coating containing ionic and metallic silver designed for use in the acute and surgical setting. Surgaflex™ absorbs wound fluid and contours to underlying wound bed with a powerful and broad-spectrum antimicrobial benefit without cytotoxicity. The polymeric matrix provides a moist healing environment that is conducive to wound healing. Surgaflex™ contains antimicrobial silver. Ionic and metallic silver. This addition of ionic and metallic silver provides rapid, effective, and sustained antimicrobial activity.

WoundClot™ Surgical is a bioabsorbable CE Class III Implantable hemostatic effective in the management of capillary, venous, and arterial bleeding during surgical procedures. WoundClot™ Surgical is Non-Oxidized, Non-Regenerated Cellulosic Structure (NONRCS) Hemostatic. The resulting allograft serves as a framework to support cellular repopulation and vascularization at the surgical site.

Allograft Foot Wedges available in a variety of configurations. Custom Wedges are also available. Custom Foot Wedges are pre-shaped, eliminating the need for intraoperative shaping. All foot & ankle allografts are terminally sterilized to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6 within the final packaging. Our acellular dermal extracellular matrix intended for supplemental support and soft-tissue repair. With a Sterility Assurance Level of 10-5 , al log rafts go through a highly-effective, validated washing procedure, as well as a mild, nontoxic sterilization agent to remove blood particles and lipids. Using this process retains the tensile strength and elastic properties, and doesn't compromise integrity.

Tricortical block
Tricortical blocks are used in procedures that restore height in the cervical and lumbar spine following the removal of a diseased, aging, or herniated intervertebral disc or to aid in the surgical correction of a deformity.
Platelet-rich-plasma
PRP is used to treat foot and ankle pain, tendon injuries, and other acute sports injuries. Tendons and ligaments have very poor blood supply, which can cause a delay in healing time. Injection of PRP results in accumulation of excessive amounts of platelets at the injured site. These platelets degranulate and release several growth factors and cytokines to stimulate tissue regeneration.The most promising results to date have been with soft tissue injuries, including tendonitis, loose ligaments, ligament sprains or tears, tendon tears, and muscle tears. PRP has also been effective in treating cartilage degeneration such as arthritis
